Meet the Distillers
Distilled with nine carefully considered botanicals, the Cotswolds Dry Gin is a London Dry with an aromatic twist. We distil juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, local lavender, bay leaf, hand-peeled fresh lime and pink grapefruit zest, cardamom and black peppercorn in our copper pot still, resulting in a rich and robust, award-winning gin. This is handmade gin with no corners cut.
Founded in 2015, the Shakespeare Distillery is an artisan spirit producer, taking inspiration from the Tudor period in which Shakespeare lived and bringing the essence of this into their spirits. Discover some traditional and some forgotten ingredients from the time of The Bard and innovative spirit production.
Fines Master Distillery
This gin has been created by pro rugby players, striving to produce the ‘best goddam gin there is!’ Fines Master embodies both the spirit and camaraderie of sport, with the energetic celebrations that follow any moment worth drinking to.
Handcrafted in Warwick, Moores gin credits the 12 botanicals and combination of both maceration and vapour infusion with giving their gin the crisp, fresh taste it’s known for. With juniper as the leading flavour, Moores allows plenty of time for it to harness every bit flavour it has to offer.
With their four exceptional London dry gins at the core of their range, Burleighs is sure you will find a gin to suit the taste of every gin drinker, from traditionalist to the ‘new wave of enthusiasts’. These gins use botanicals such as silver birch, dandelion, burdock and elderberry to capture the true spirit of artisan distilling.
A gin with true global vision, the 12 botanicals used in the production of Bulldog London Dry Gin are sourced from Spain, France, Germany, Turkey and China. The bulldog copper pot is used to macerate lemon, lavender, angelica, white poppy, dragon eye and lotus leaves to produce discerning aromatic and flavoursome notes.
